Spring Has Sprung—and So Has Our New Menu! 🌸🍦

The sun is shining, the days are getting longer, and we’re officially ready to welcome spring the best way we know how: with a brand new lineup of ice cream flavors! Our Spring Menu is now available in all three New City Microcreamery locations—Hudson, Sudbury, and Cambridge—and it’s loaded with bold new creations and sweet seasonal favorites.

Here’s a taste of what we’re scooping this season:

🍫 Dubai Chocolate – Spiced caramel ice cream with chunks of chocolate pistachio candy bar, candied pistachios, and chocolate swirls.
🔵 Blueberry Cheesecake – Blueberry ice cream with buttery chunks of graham cracker crust and swirls of cream cheese filling.
🍦 Dipped & Swirled – Sweet cream ice cream with chocolate covered waffle cone pieces, fudge and caramel swirls, and spiced rum.
☕ Espresso Mud Pie – Coffee ice cream with oreo cookie pieces and fudge swirl.
🌾 Horchata – Spiced rice milk ice cream with dark spiced rum
