Shift Supervisor - Hudson, MA

We are seeking Shift Managers to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the front-of-house team.

You'll also be responsible for:

  • Coffee/ Beverage preparation

  • Supervise and run the front of house operations such as:

    • Evaluate daily schedule to ensure optimal efficiency and throughput

    • Resolve escalated customer complaints

    • Register transactions/deposit handling

    • Shop maintenance

    • Engage guests by greeting them and making them feel welcome in our "home"- recognize first-time guests & educating them about what we do/serve/who we are

    • Model & share guest service best practices with all team members to deliver a pleasant & memorable guest experience.

  • Implement company asset protection procedures to identify & minimize profit loss

  • Train and evaluate employees

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in barista, hospitality, or other related fields

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent written and communication skills

  • Strong leadership qualities
